**How often should a 30A lawn be cut?**

**Why organic?**

**Nothing grows under my oaks. What can be done?**
Three honest options: change the grass to a shade-tolerant cultivar, raise the mowing height and
cut the nitrogen back so the grass you have can feed itself, or accept that the deepest shade

**What survives the salt wind out here?**
In beds, the salt-tolerant natives: sea oats, dune sunflower, blanketflower, muhly grass,
beautyberry. In turf, St. Augustine and zoysia, not bahia and not centipede.

**My lot is mostly courtyard and hedge, with barely any grass. Is that still a job?**
