What areas does Green Gate serve?
The 30A corridor and south Walton County: Santa Rosa Beach, Seagrove Beach, Watersound, Watersound Origins, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, and over toward Panama City Beach. If you are close to that line, call and ask, it takes twenty seconds.
Is organic lawn treatment safe for kids and pets?
That is the whole reason the company treats the way it does. Green Gate uses organic fertilization and organic weed control instead of harsh chemistry, so children and pets are back on the grass the same day. The equipment is 100% battery powered too, so there are no two-stroke fumes left hanging over the yard.
How often do you visit a property?
Weekly or every other week, on a schedule you can set your calendar by. Most owners on 30A are not standing in the yard, so the visit happens whether you are here or not.
Do you do more than mow?
Yes. Edging, string trimming, full blow down, shrub and hedge trimming, bed weeding, landscape edging, mulch and pine straw installation, lawn leveling and tire rut repair, and plant and shrub removal. The table above shows what falls under each service.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Request a walkthrough, we come look at the property, and you get a straight answer on what it takes and what it costs. No charge for the visit.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, licensed and insured in Florida, working out of Santa Rosa Beach in Walton County.
